Before I was a writer, I ran operations. At Samarii, I handled 250+ customer interactions a month at a 94-96% response rate, led an 8-member cross-functional team, and helped drive 10x revenue growth over investment. I also wrote the reports, documentation, and client communication that kept it all running.

I don't write fluff. I write the way I ran operations: structured, clear, and built to actually work. When I ghostwrite for an executive, I'm not performing a voice. I'm organizing their real experience into something a reader can follow and trust.
